KTC ships with UPS, DHL, DPD, GLS, Registered Airmail for our deliveries.
Get free shipping on orders of €39.99 or more.
Shipping Area
Currently, we only ship to EU countries.

The package will be shipped from a local warehouse in Europe.

Undeliverable Packages
Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. After three delivery attempts, the package will be returned to KTC as an undeliverable package. In the event that this occurs, please contact us at support@ktcplay.eu to make arrangements for reshipment.
About Tax
Your order total will include the cost of the product, any applicable sales tax, and shipping fees if applicable. The final amount will be displayed on the checkout page.
