KTC ships with UPS, DHL, DPD, GLS, Registered Airmail for our deliveries.

Currently, we only ship to EU countries.

The package will be shipped from a local warehouse in Europe.

Note: The shipping time mentioned above is estimated and it may be influenced by distance, holidays, customs policies, political activities, etc.

Undeliverable Packages

Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. After three delivery attempts, the package will be returned to KTC as an undeliverable package. In the event that this occurs, please contact us at [email protected] to make arrangements for reshipment.

About Tax
